As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel. You will create lasting first impressions, manage reservations, and ensure our guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software (MS Office).
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
