Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are fully prepared for incoming guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries to ensure a seamless stay.
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily cleaning quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Reliable transportation is required.
