- Process payments and manage financial transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Market hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
- Maintain clean and organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Basic knowledge of Raleigh attractions and transportation
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for errands)
