Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and provide local area information.
- Housekeeping Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, lobbies, and restrooms to meet our high aesthetic standards.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and hotel management, relay requests accurately, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Event Support: Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms and banquet events as required.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and polite telephone manner.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to be punctual and dependable.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) as needed.
