- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism
- Process reservations and manage room availability in real-time
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Process payments and manage cash drawer procedures
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet duties)
