Responsibilities

- Process payments and maintain cash security
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate hotel management software (Opera)
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
- Perform night audits when assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (12-hour rotations)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for errands)
