Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Manage all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and registration using the property management system (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
- Assist in promoting hotel amenities and upselling services to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk, concierge, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
