Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for all guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Respond promptly to guest requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize PMS systems (e.g., Opera) for inventory and reporting
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years hospitality/customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (training provided)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
