Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly tone and route them to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and a focus on total guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and the lobby environment.
- Process payments and manage various cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel meets high standards of operation.
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience is necessary; we provide all the training you need.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., luggage).
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
