Responsibilities
- Guest check-in/check-out process with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations and room assignments using PMS software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for hotel services and amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy with POS/PMS experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
