Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional smile upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Support the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a pristine guest experience.
- Handle minor guest complaints with patience and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in the hotel industry is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
