Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage guest reservations and modify bookings as needed using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and prepare nightly reports accurately.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory (we train eager learners).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software is a plus.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality.
