Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate registration and payment processing.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a friendly, professional tone, managing guest inquiries and requests.
- Provide detailed information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments and balance daily financial transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but we welcome entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Must possess a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
