Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, lobbies, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, handling payments and processing reservations accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person promptly.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property upkeep.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the hotel industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
