Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed.
- Handle inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options with a helpful attitude.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage front desk operations during weekend shifts, including phone coverage, lobby management, and mail handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
