Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process with a personal touch.
- Operations Management: Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, managing emails, and processing reservations efficiently.
- Communication: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues to the manager when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest records and secure information in our Property Management System (PMS) and logbooks.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the lobby area to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.
- Financial Handling: Process payments accurately, manage cash drawers, and reconcile daily financial transactions at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory for our entry-level positions.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation software is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move around the hotel for extended periods.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.
