Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and setting the tone for their stay.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, verifying guest information and processing payments accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and availability.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as room upgrades, dining reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays and resolve any issues or complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
