Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout guest stays
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Participate in cross-training programs to expand hospitality skillset
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings/weekends/holidays
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (if applicable)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
