Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, handling emails, and processing reservations.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Process payments accurately using the property management system (PMS).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, inventory management, and guest history updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations, guest services, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and PMS experience (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A friendly, outgoing demeanor with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
