Responsibilities
- Provide warm, welcoming greetings to guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and front desk area at all times.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Assist with event coordination and banquet setup when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree or certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new property management systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
