Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera PMS system
- Manage reservation inquiries, room assignments, and VIP guest requests
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and creative problem-solving
- Upsell premium rooms, dining packages, and local experiences
- Maintain security protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Spanish language fluency preferred
