Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate reservation systems and manage room assignments
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Assist with luggage and transportation arrangements
- Implement hotel safety and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (if transporting guests)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
