Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling reservation inquiries.
- Process payments accurately and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.
- Assist in promoting hotel amenities and special packages to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic knowledge of MS Office.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
