Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing the front desk and check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and public spaces.
- Process payments, verify reservations, and manage room keys and access cards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (POS systems).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
