Responsibilities
- Manage all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to exceed revenue targets
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional 5-star service standards
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and ensure resolution
- Oversee budgeting, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with marketing team to promote hotel events and packages
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and guest satisfaction goals
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Florida Food Handler's Manager certification
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
