Responsibilities
- Perform front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls with a smile.
- Execute nightly financial audits, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate daily reporting.
- Monitor building security systems, including CCTV and keycard access logs.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas throughout the night.
- Assist guests with concierge requests, dining reservations, and local transportation.
- Respond promptly to in-room service requests and emergency situations.
- Coordinate with day staff to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or hotel auditing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and hotel PMS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations.
- Basic accounting knowledge and attention to detail is a must.
