Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a lasting first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Manage room keys, maintain the front desk area, and ensure accurate filing of documents.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Assist with reservations and answer phone calls with a professional tone.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
