Responsibilities
- Execute a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and amenities with accuracy and enthusiasm.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions with strict adherence to financial controls.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain a pristine reception area and lobby environment.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet coordination as needed.
- Uphold the hotel's safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business coursework is a plus.
- Previous front desk experience is preferred, but we provide full training for enthusiastic entry-level candidates.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and hospitality software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
