Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes using our property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure a welcoming and pristine environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
- Process payments and prepare accurate daily reports and tip reports.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk console effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates (Entry Level).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software is preferred.
