Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for all guests and staff.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in front desk operations, including phone coverage and reservation management.
- Perform light maintenance duties, such as restocking amenities and reporting facility issues.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or shift work is preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
