Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently process guest registrations, handle payments, and manage key issuance using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, take accurate messages, and relay information to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operational Support: Assist with mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining the lobby area's cleanliness and organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
- Safety & Security: Monitor security cameras and adhere to all hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we value a great attitude and willingness to learn.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to learn hotel software quickly.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential.
