Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests immediately upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and room service requests.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information to callers and visitors.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and directions.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs and property management systems.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driverβs license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
