Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm, personalized service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing systems
- Execute emergency response protocols during night operations
- Process cash transactions and manage night audit procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or guest service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera/Marriott experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tampa attractions and transportation
