Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures for all guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and local attractions promptly.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with grace, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Assist in the front office administration, including posting charges, maintaining accurate guest records, and managing the lobby area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Upsell hotel services and packages to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue goals.
- Stay updated on local events and directions to provide guests with the best possible recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college or hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train enthusiastic entry-level candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
