Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly and provides exceptional customer service upon arrival.
- Manages the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Answers incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintains a clean and organized reception area.
- Assists with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Handles cash handling and basic accounting duties accurately.
- Assists with special requests and resolves guest inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing and navigating software).
- No prior experience required; we train the right candidates!
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
