Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds and change linens according to strict hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in guest suites.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners throughout the property.
- Report maintenance issues and damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure guest privacy and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently clean multiple rooms.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
