Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle guest complaints and ensure resolution exceeds expectations
- Monitor budget adherence and financial performance metrics
- Coordinate with departments to maintain service standards

Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury brand experience
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores
- Strong leadership and team development skills

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required
- Valid Georgia hospitality certification preferred
