Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and during interactions
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and public area maintenance
- Manage basic front desk operations including call handling and reservation support
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all public spaces
- Support event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
Qualifications
