- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during overnight hours

- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain lobby and common areas
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for urgent requests
- Handle cash transactions and operate reservation systems
- Document incidents and communicate with day-shift management
Qualifications
