Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival, managing the front desk area with efficiency.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution and logging.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and common spaces.
- Learn and operate property management software and office equipment.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
