Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests with prompt assistance and personalized attention
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas
- Support food & beverage services through table service, event setup, and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently and uphold brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
