Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture.
- Bathroom Maintenance: Scrub bathtubs, showers, toilets, and sinks to ensure they meet our high hygiene standards.
- Restocking: Restock guest amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure a fully stocked room.
- Public Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in corridors, lobbies, and restrooms to uphold a professional appearance.
- Report Issues: Identify and report any maintenance defects or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and assist with any special requests to enhance their stay.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with little to no prior housekeeping experience; full training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless and guests are satisfied.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and hotel management.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
