Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling protocols
- Monitor room availability and optimize booking systems
- Assist with event coordination and special requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
- TABC certification required
