Responsibilities
- Greeting and Welcoming: Provide a warm welcome to guests as they arrive, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure 5-star service standards.
- Reservation Management: Update guest profiles and assist with reservations using our Property Management System.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Lobby Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment for guests and staff.
- Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude is essential.
