Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Process reservations, payments, and room assignments accurately
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams for optimal service
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Utilize hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi) effectively
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
