Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries professionally.
- Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and directions as needed.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
