As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service that ensures our guests feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles using our Property Management System (PMS) with precision.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Process payments accurately and maintain accurate daily financial records and logs.
- Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure the property maintains a pristine and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency and experience with PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
