Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues with exceptional service
- Process reservations, payments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety in public areas
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license for valet duties (if applicable)
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth attractions and transportation
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
