- Process payments accurately and issue receipts and key cards.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby space.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation, and special requests.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
