Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Operate PMS systems (Opera) and troubleshoot technical issues
- Uphold brand standards through personalized service and attention to detail
- Collaborate with concierge and valet teams to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in hospitality software (Opera, Delphi) preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for valet coordination)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree a plus
